What is simply.fund?
Simply.fund is an online giving platform designed specifically for quick and easy school fundraising campaigns. It is built for principals, teachers, coaches and PTOs who need to raise funds for K-12 student programs. Simply.fund streamlines the school fundraising process and delivers the highest profits of any other fundraisers.

How does simply.fund work?
If you are a principal, teacher, coach or PTO member, you can have a fundraising campaign up and running—and attracting donors—in just two easy steps which will take you about 15 minutes or less. All you have to do is submit a short campaign submission form with information about you, your school and your project.

Once we receive your completed form, we will build your campaign, usually within 24 hours, and send you the link along with email text for you to send to your list of fundraisers: parents, PTO members, and school faculty and staff. They will be able to easily donate online or from any mobile device, as well as share your campaign via email and their social media channels in just one click!

Upon the completion of your campaign (you set the length of the campaign), we will send you a check for the money you earned on simply.fund.

Who can create a campaign on simply.fund?
Simply.fund is open to both public and private school projects, at every grade level and in every U.S. state. Most often a principal, teacher, coach, school committee or PTO member creates a fundraising campaign on simply.fund. Students under the age of 18 are not allowed to create campaigns.

What are the fees?
The following fees will be collected from you campaign donations: simply.fund’s fee (5%) in addition to the fee collected by the payment gateway the donor uses: PayPal (2.9% + .30 per donation) or Stripe (2.9% + .30 per donation).

That means, if you were to receive a $25.00 donation from a donor, your school would receive $22.73. That’s over 90% profit!

Additionally, there are no monthly fees, no setup fees, and no commitments.

Who can use simply.fund?

Does my organization have to be tax-exempt or non-profit in order to participate?
Yes, in order to use simply.fund, your school must be a non-profit organization, which most schools are.

What if my campaign does not reach its funding goal?
Unlike other fundraising websites, you do not have to reach your funding goal to receive your money. Upon completion of your campaign, we will process and send you a check for the total amount of donations received, less fees (outlined above.)
